Tuesday 10/24: White Out - Let's erase bad decisions, wear all white.
Wednesday 10/25: Pajama Day - Stop drowsy driving.
Thursday 10/26: Dream Job Dress Up - Don't let drugs ruin your future.
Friday 10/27: Class Colors Day - Color out drugs. Each classes' colors, PreK through 12, are posted in the hallways.
This week, our Ag Landscaping class is being highlighted! They began the work of beautifying around the Elementary sign. Thank you to Mrs. Shoenberger and our Ag students for this much needed update!
Our Volleyball Lady Pirates ended their season tonight with a loss to S of O. Thank you to our seniors, Shay Blair, Katherine Conrad, and Gracie Rich for the last 4 years!

That's a first round district win against Hurley for our Lady Pirates tonight! They will play School of the Ozarks Thursday night at 7:00.
The Crane Lady Pirates Softball team will be hosting a softball camp for girls in grades 2nd-8th, Tuesday, October 31st - Thursday, November 2nd. Permission slips with more information on them, went home with your child today. This is a great way to showcase the softball skills you already have and to learn some new ones. We look forward to working with your athlete!

Forms are in the elementary and high school offices and were sent home with elementary students. If you haven't noticed, we are in need of a new sign for the high school. We have begun a fundraising campaign that also provides the opportunity for advertising! As a thank you for donations, businesses that donate $1000 or more will have their logo displayed on the sign for 1 year. $2000 donations will have advertising for 2 years, and $3000 donations will receive 3 years. Families and individuals are welcome to donate as well! The estimates we have sought for a new sign are $30,000 or more, and we are hoping to defray as much of the cost as possible with donations. Parents, community members, and school staff are welcome to join us tonight at 6:00 pm in the Crane School library (use the high school entrance) for an impactful documentary viewing and discussion to follow. Child sex trafficking is something we would like to believe isnt happening, but it can't continue to be ignored. It is also closer to us than we would like to believe. Tonight will be the opening to further discussions and education on the issue at another upcoming date. Refreshments provided.

The Lady Pirates Volleyball Team pulled out the win tonight against Sparta, winning three of the five sets! It was the final home game and a night to honor the three seniors on the team: Shay, Katherine and Gracie!
The JV team fell short losing both of their sets.
Starting tomorrow elementary students may bring $1.00 to wear a hat on Fridays! Students will give their money to their classroom teacher. All proceeds will go to benefit our Designer Genes team!

There are plenty of chances to support some Pirates tonight! It is Senior night for our volleyball girls and 70s themed for the fans. For our Jr High basketball teams, it is their last regular season game, and it is the last regular season meet for Cross Country as well!
Air Rifle season will officially begin on Tuesday, October 24th. Paperwork is in the high school office for interested 6th through 12th grade students.
