Congratulations to all the boys and girls Junior High basketball players, Coach Mullins, Coach Buckhannan, and Coach Branstetter on a fantastic conclusion to their season. Both teams played extremely well in the SWCL tournament and I saw a lot of proud parents and fans!

The doors at Galena for the girls JH basketball game tomorrow will not open until 4:00. The game starts at 4:30. Their busses leave the bus lane at 3:50 after school gets out. Please be extra careful.

The JH Lady Pirates gave the number 1 seed Sparta all they wanted this evening. They came up a little short. Crane 24 Sparta 29. The girls will play tomorrow in Galena at 4:30 for 3rd place.

Crane juniors and seniors who are interested in going into the healthcare field attended the Healthcare Expo at MSSU today with our high school counselor, Mrs. Melody Mullins. Students were able to explore many different areas of healthcare and try hands-on demonstrations such as phlebotomy, sonograms, and CPR.

Crane Elementary Cross Country team ran a mile race against Sparta, Spokane and was hosted by Galena today. Congratulations to Annabelle Howell for medaling 2nd and Sophie Bowling 5th out of 21 girls. For the boys team Kaiden Vaught medaled 2nd, Emmitt Rogers 4th, Ben Morgan 5th, Brock Cline 6th, Jax Glossip 7th and Keaton Scott 10th out of 34 runners. Well done team and congratulations to all the runners finishing a great race! Special thank you to all the parents and fans that came to cheer on their runners.
